How do I enroll?

  • Enroll Online
After completing the online application, you will receive a confirmation number. This number verifies that you have chosen to enroll and Medicare will notify The Health Plan of your enrollment.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in SecureCare (HMO), SecureCare SNP (HMO SNP), SecureCare Capitol Plan (HMO), SecureChoice (PPO) or SecureChoice Capitol Plan (PPO) through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov

Changing your method of premium payment: If you decide to switch to premium withhold or move from premium withhold to direct bill, it could take up to three months for it to take effect and you will be ultimately held responsible for those premiums.
